Our *new* LEGO Serious Play x Coaching training is a powerful way for coaches to help people grow through both goal oriented coaching and identity oriented coaching.

No matter if you are already a certified coach or simply coach as part of your job, this online class is open to all. The course assumes you already have some coaching skills and it not intended as replacement for pure coaching training.

As you'll discover, what's brilliant is that LEGO Serious Play x Coaching creates tangible models to keep the ideas alive and that can literally be built upon after the coaching session as the coachee learns more through cycles of action and reflection.
