Practice Based Learning

You'll get hands-on, practice-based learning, experience in facilitating LEGO® Serious Play® and personalised feedback. But above all you will learn to facilitate by being the facilitator!

Live Practice Workshop

During training you’ll run your first 2 hour workshop. You’ll take a group of people you have not met through an ‘Introduction to LEGO® Serious Play®’. This will give you a terrific confidence boost.

Comprehensive Training Materials

You will receive extensive resources, including a paper copy of the book "Mastering the LEGO® Serious Play® Method," and digital copies of our other three books, some LEGO® bricks and our course handout.

Planning Skills to Use in Non-LEGO® Serious Play® Meetings

One of the highlights of this class is when you plan your first workshop and we use this module to teach you a set of planning skills that you can apply after class to any kind of meeting or workshop.

This is a Leadership Development Class

This class teaches facilitation skills, skills that can be used in any kind of meeting or workshop. We believe facilitation is a skill a 'Participatory Leader' has.

Learn From Build Level 3 Case Studies

In class your trainer will share real life client case studies of how they have designed and facilitated system level workshops. These cases will bring to life for you how the ideas in class translate into real world outcomes.

Insights Stages and Concrete Outcomes

You’ll learn how to facilitate 'Insights stages' and use entirely new frameworks that help groups clarify strategic and operational objectives, identify new measures and clarify actions and learning.

Learn New Applications and Application Design

Build Level 3 workshops are based on a framework, the original framework, Real Time Strategy has limitations. So we'll share new frameworks we've designed and used successfully with our clients and encourage you to design new applications.
