Arguably, one of the most important modules in our training has got nothing to do with LEGO®. We’ll teach you a set of planning skills that will help you all achieve outcomes in any kind of meeting or workshop.

In-House is Cost Effective

When you provide the venue and food, we don’t need to hire a space, we pass on these savings to your organisation. By training multiple team members simultaneously, costs less compared to sending individuals to off-site courses. Your organisation also saves on travel time and overnight accommodation.

Mentoring and Coaching

Some In-House clients retain us after training to give mentoring and coaching to those graduates who are immediately facilitating high stakes workshops for large groups or senior leaders.

This bespoke support helps accelerate the level at which graduates can immediately operate at and these kinds of graduates welcome guidance from a master trainer. In-House clients get preferential rates. Called ‘mates rates’ in London.

Let's Co-Facilitate!

In-House clients who have the need for external facilitation on strategic assignments (especially where recent graduates are part of the strategic team discussion) sometimes hire us as professional facilitators.

In these cases, we use the assignments as opportunities to deepen learning for In-House graduates. We co-plan and co-facilitate. This gives a powerful boost to learners as they can see the lessons learned in class, in action in their work context.
