This is the gold standard of LEGO® Serious Play® facilitation training and teaches so much more than just working with bricks. It gives you additional facilitation skills, real practice and the confidence to work at a whole new level, including senior teams on strategic assignments.

LEGO® Serious Play® is a 20 year old method, and for most of that period classes have been taught by a ‘master’ who facilitates larger groups for up to a week. SeriousGlobal is like the Tesla of the LEGO® Serious Play® world. We didn’t invent the car, but we have electrified the way people learn and evolved the traditional way the method is taught.

The fundamental difference is that our training is powered by learners facilitating. You can only learn so much by watching a seasoned master trainer facilitate. You learn to facilitate by facilitating.

This training is interactive, practice-based learning in a collaborative environment, teaching you to facilitate individual and shared models. With real-time feedback from your trainer, the format ensures that you gain a deep, practical understanding of LEGO® Serious Play® and leave with the confidence and skills to immediately run effective workshops.

You’ll get hands-on, practice-based learning, ensuring you gain real world experience in facilitating LEGO® Serious Play® workshops. With small class sizes (maximum of 8 participants), we ensure personalised attention and active participation. But above all you will learn to facilitate by being the facilitator!

Live Practice Workshop

The highlight moment of practice-based learning is on the afternoon of day 2, you’ll run your first 2 hour workshop. You’ll take a group of people you have not met through a ‘Introduction to LEGO® Serious Play®’ This will give you a terrific confidence boost, and you’ll leave your class having already run your first workshop. Boom!
