After Training Coaching and Mentoring – Level 1

This support is intended for learners with big or important workshops to run immediately after online or face-to-face Build Level 1 and 2 trainings

Some learners might find it helpful to integrate the in-class ideas into their context.

Level 1 support is 2.5 - 3.0 hours to be used as you wish, but as a guide we'd suggest.

• You send your draft workshop plan - using a template you will get in class, to your trainer for review
• Your trainer will review your plan, make notes and suggestions
• You will meet online to review your plan and help get you ready for your workshop
• Or to iterate a second version
• Debrief after your first workshop to help you integrate learnings

After training mentoring and support will give you quality one-to-one time with your trainer to help integrate the class based learning and help you score a 10/10 on your first or important assignment.
