Use this technique to share a small model to a room full of people, when you have a workshop with more than 20 participants.

The sample video below was taken at a workshop of 50 people working on 8 tables in a big room. The team was exploring the nature of Interdependence.

Each participant had been given 2 minutes and the following build instruction

“Build a model to carefully explain interdependence to a 12 year old child”

After participants had shared their ideas with the others on their table, they voted to identify the best ideas. The facilitator then went to each table and filmed the builder telling the story of the model. At the same time the mobile phone was connected to the projector via an Apple TV so everyone in the room could see the story of the model being shown.

And this technique also creates a video record of all the best ideas in the room.
