After Training Coaching and Mentoring – Level 2

This after training mentoring and coaching for learners with big or important workshops to run immediately after online or face-to-face Build Level 1, 2 or 3 trainings

We'll help you get ready for your first big (scary) workshop

Our founder, Sean Blair recalls undertaking his training back in 2016 with a specific project in mind. He hoped to get trained, then just weeks later run a workshop using LEGO® Serious Play® with 120 leaders in an automative business. Ultimately he backed out. He was just not ready to take on such a big and scary project using a method he had just learnt.

About a year later he was asked to facilitate a 3 day Build Level 3 workshop for an organisation who run a part of the internet. The client hired Sean to deliver the three day strategy workshop. Sean then panicked. Eventually he found a mentor who held his hand in the planning and prep, and without that support he would have drowned. 

This after training support is intended for customers who are committed to learning LEGO® Serious Play® in class and have an important workshop they have committed to run after training.

It will be about 8 hours of support (probably more, we won't clock watch) to help you transition from class to delivery of a 5* workshop after class.

If you book this support package, we'll arrange a call with you ahead of your class to make sure the package is right for you and appropriate for the scale, size and duration of the workshop you aim to deliver.  If its not we'll refund this investment.
