Our coaching training has been developed specifically for the needs of professional coaches.
What if your coaching clients could see their ideas more clearly? Construct visions of desired future states, model perceived blocks or barriers, devise new ways to overcome, work around, or even set new limits?
This is possible with LEGO® Serious Play® Coaching. And it’s super powerful. LEGO® Serious Play® has been used for 25+ years in the facilitation space. Now, it’s coming to light as an incredible tool for coaching.
In facilitation, we focus on preparation but in coaching, we need to learn to ‘dance-in-the-moment’. As coaches, we strive to unlock new understanding for our clients. LEGO® Serious Play® does just that. It brings a new perspective to the conversation. Literally.

This training takes place online over two half days, from 12:00 - 16:00 UK timezone, both days.

Practice Based Learning
You'll get hands-on, practice-based learning, experience in facilitating a coaching session using LEGO® Serious Play® and personalised feedback. But above all you will learn to coach by coaching!
Live Practice Session
A highlight of practice-based learning is the opportunity to run a real-time coaching session. You’ll take a client through a coaching session using LEGO® Serious Play®. This will give you a terrific confidence boost, and you’ll leave your class having already run your first client session. Magic!
Comprehensive Training Materials
You will receive extensive resources, including digital copies of our four books. You'll also get Window Exploration kit of LEGO® bricks and our course handout.
Trainers who also Coach
Your training will be delivered by skilled coaching practitioners. Our trainers are master-level credentialed coaches, SERIOUSWORK certified gold-standard facilitators, and practicing coaches. They understand the nuances and can bring invaluable knowledge and understanding your class.
