Few months back, in May, I had a wonderful and enriching LSP Coaching training with Vics. It was a meaningful & purposeful session understanding the methodology especially how to prepare the client at the start of a coaching session...It was new knowledge for me. My takeaway was a dose of playfulness (working with our hands) could help a client unravel deeper insights into their challenges when a coach stays patient and present. Definitely glad to have this tool in my toolkit:) And I am still going through the post-training case study resources! Thanks, Vics. I returned again last month, in July. This round it was LSP Education. The idea of moving from individual model build to shared model build fascinates me. The learning session was very rich because the group size is kept small. And collectively, we learnt a lot more. It was a wonderfully fruitful training session with Liam. I was also fortunate to have the opportunity to get a sneak peek at a Taster session (In-person) in June. Now, I have a lot more ideas to look into lesson design. Preparation before class setting is key. An element of surprise at different juncture of the build keeps youths engaged. The possibility of grading the level of challenge and keeping participants alert and listening well...that is just so good! Will be sharing with my colleagues to see how we could incorporate this methodology into our work. Thanks, Liam.
