A model built by participants on a SeriousWork in-house Lego Serious Play training course to explain the fundamental skills needed to facilitate Lego Serious Play. The process was also facilitated by the course participants. (The build question was "Build a model to show the fundamental or key skills you need to facilitate Lego Serious Play".)

Regarding the training, the outcome was more than we expected. It was hands-on, and thoroughly enjoyable; Sean gave us examples that were relevant to our corporate mission. And most importantly, he not only demonstrated complete mastery in the use of the methodology, but also provided powerful insights beyond his book and material.
In addition to the training, Sean run two strategic planning workshops: i) with our management team and, ii) with our whole sector consisting of about 150 participants. He took the time to understand well our organization, its challenges during the merger of three units, and was fully committed to deliver an exceptional service. Sean is an engaging and effective communicator, who establishes a customer driven experience from the very beginning. Outstanding facilitator, always positive, and with a pleasant disposition. Thank you so very much Sean. It was a genuine pleasure to work with you!"
A career highlight is when you get to train LEGO how to facilitate LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®...
After reviewing numerous LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® training approaches, we were elated that The LEGO Foundation selected SeriousWork to run a two day Build Level 1 and Build Level 2 masterclass for their team in Switzerland.
"We felt honoured to take our unique practiced-based and facilitation centred approach to leaning LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to the LEGO Foundation," said SeriousWork founder Sean Blair.
The course followed the same outline and objectives that underpins our two day public and in-house training meaning that graduates of the SeriousWork LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® are in some really cool company.
"Thank you, Sean, for 2 amazing and inspiring days"

In July I attended Serious Work LEGO Serious Play masterclass with Sean. When I entered his training venue I met enthusiastic Sean who graciously introduced us to the venue, to the bricks and to each other.Read more
Serious Work does not teach LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Instead we train you how to professionally facilitate using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
This re-frame means we provide lots of opportunities for participants to practice their facilitation skills and build their confidence to use the method.
If you're curious to know what our masterclasses look like the photos and video below show you a Serious Work Masterclass in action and comments from course participants might give you a sense of the feel of our way of training (thanks Paul and Caroline!)
